Thought it would have a loose fit, cheap material, some reviews even said it smelled bad.I was happily wrong about all of it. The fit is perfect and snug, all buttons are easily accessible even the page advance buttons, and the material is excellent with no odor. The case is not bulky at all and doesn't get in the way while reading. The magnetic latch is great and the Kindle goes into suspend mode when closed. First it arrived promptly. Secondly, although it is not leather, it looks and feels like leather. And I love the antique brown color and that it looks like an old book sitting on my bookshelf. It did not have any unpleasant odor as other reviews have said. It took a little while to figure out how to put the kindle e-reader into the case as it did not just slip in from the top. It slips in from the left side and the velcro tab has to be tucked under the kindle after being inserted. I think inserting from the top would have been easier as in other cases. Other than that it's great. I am an avid reader and love books...the fact that it looks like a little, vintage book really caught my eye. I also like that you can hold it like a book. The cover does bend back if you like to hold it that way too. The auto sleep/wake function is certainly a plus as the kindle turns on when the case is opened and turns off when closed.
