Due to the sun and heat here in Arizona, I wanted something that would hold up. Of course, I have only had it installed for less than a year, but so far so good. And, it looks great. Review: Does not sit level at loor - First I’m not a plumber, maybe this was my problem. installing in a raised wood porch floor. Not shown in pics is that there is a angled cast ring that’s close to the to, maybe 1/4 inch below and screw mounting bosses for the grate that run from the top about 3/8 down the side. Makes it very difficult to instal to wood, would be much better set into concrete. 3 stars for quality finish and assembly. Minus 1 star for poor pictures that do not show bottom clearly.
