A pre-installed complimentary McAfee 3 devices 15 month antivirus software from Dell Laptop was nearing the expiry and directed to renew by paying Rs. 800/year. I reviewed all products with its price from McAfee website and identified a suitable one based on my requirement. Compared the price with Amazon and found the price of all McAfee products available at very lesser price. I brought McAfee Total Protection 1 device 3 years subscription for Rs 1179 which has all benefits of McAfee products and saved money. A physical Key Card delivered at home and the card was sealed 3 sides by the company and the secret Key Code was completely masked with silver paint to ensure key code is not forged. As directed by the instructions mentioned on the card the installation was very seemless and the earlier antivirus software was updated automatically with Total Protection and validity information and other benefits were mentioned on the McAfee app as per the purchase order. I have installed this a week before the end of earlier subscription and the McAfee customer service agent has added a month extra to compensate the week period loss and my subscription turned upto 37 months which should be 36 month as I paid for. Further, there was a delay in processing their commitment (1 month addition), the next support agent has added another 2 month subscription, for free of cost. It was because of delay they made in processing my request. Now, my subscription is valid upto 39 months but I paid for 36 month. Customer support is good.

This is a very good antivirus. I have been using it for 3 years continuously. The support from the antivirus people is very good.

Seems like a fraud. Received the code via post after a few days and not in 6hours via email as advertised in the product details. The codes that I received (both of them) were already used by some other email addresses. Conclusively, it was completely useless, had to file for a refund.
