Excellent baking chocolate; color is beautiful, taste is just right ❤️
Baked vegan, whole grain, sugar free (sub birch xylatol), vegan chocolate chip (unsweetened and grain sweetened) cookies. We were a little worried the powder wasn’t pitch black but the taste is great and the finished cookie color Is very dark. Also, the powder doesn’t clump, makes blending it into the cookie mix very much easier. Buying in bulk like this has really helped keep the cost down, i can make cookies every week, very very happy with this chocolate. Side note: Pick Up Limes got me started on the right track for this kind of baking.
