How do I know this pump is the right fit?

Start with the key specs: shaft size, inlet/outlet position, pressure, and flow. This pump features a 7/8" vertical shaft, rear inlet/outlet, 2,600–3,000 PSI, and 2.3–2.5 GPM, designed for compatible 160–196cc / 4.5–6 HP gas pressure washers.

How can I get the best pressure from the pump?

Keep the water supply fully open, the inlet screen clean, and the hose free of kinks. Also check the nozzle and connections for proper installation.

What is the correct startup sequence?

Connect water → Turn water on → Purge air → Start engine

How do I install the pump?

Align the shaft key with the pump keyway, slide the pump onto the engine shaft, then start the mounting bolts by hand and tighten them evenly.

How should I prepare the pump for long-term storage?

Drain remaining water and release system pressure before storage. Keeping the pump dry helps protect it during the off-season.
