Are they fake like you don't have to have a piercing in your nose?

Yes they are fake but when you put them on it looks like if you do have a piercing. They are absolutely pretty and I love them all. I would highly recommend them.

How to use the hoop with barely any opening on it? I don’t want to open it and mess it up.

I stretched mine then pinched it back together it didnt mess it up at all

Can the one with the balls go in my regular nose piercing? I saw someone else like that on a video

Unfortunately no, these are fake, the balls do not come off the ring so it’s not possible to put them into a real piercing.

Can this be used on nostril, or can only go on septum?

Yes. I use them for my septum, nostril and lips. They can be used for any fake piercing you want.
