I have two fracmo motors that are 22.5v, 8.5a (~200watts). will this controller work for them? also, can i use 6s lipo batteries with this?

According to description, it delivers continuous 12A per channel at the voltage of up to 24V. It should easily be able to handle the 2 motors you described.

Will this work with 24v dc motors ?

According to the datasheet, it's rated for 6VDC to 30VDC with an absolute maximum input voltage of 33.6VDC
