Certainly sturdy enough, the leather is decent and pliable, but not as robust as my Viking Bags gear. Fits perfectly across the handle bar risers on my Thunderbird, but not long enough to be an actual fork bag below the headlights. Found that I wanted the straps tighter, due to less contents and it perched beneath the clutch cable, so simply punched two extra pair of holes for the buckles.
