Ingrid Bergman was taking off her makeup with cold cream, as women did back then. It’s also the way I’ve been removing my makeup for some time now. For years, I used expensive department store makeup removers until I thought about how my mother and grandmother always used Ponds Cold Cream at night. And they both had beautiful skin that aged well. So I started using it myself and have never regretted it. I put Ponds on my face with my fingers. It melts away the makeup and I use two tissues remove it. I then wipe my face with a warm face cloth. Feels wonderful and works as well as expensive brands.
