The whisk and lame are great!
This is a nice set. Admittedly I only use the plastic banneton to keep the tools together, but it's the dough whisk and the lame that I love. I had a dough whisk with a wood handle that made me think they were not for me. The one in this set feels good in your hand and works well, effectively. The lame is also nice, the blade easy to change. The scraper is ok, I love the simple plastic one that I've always used though. Either buy the set or buy those 2 Breadsmart items separately. You'll be glad you did.

Nice set of tools!
Products arrived on time, looked as pictured, were a good size, so far seem nice and sturdy. The lame’s a little odd, but the instructions on it are good so I got it eventually. Liner for the banneton fit nicely; banneton itself is plastic but both sturdy and, in my opinion, pretty cute. The dough whisk works well so far, and the bowl scraper cleans quickly and well. My one (minor) criticism is that the tool handles are a little big; they work fine for me (my hands are pretty medium-sized), but for folks with smaller hands, they might be a little unwieldy. Overall, an excellent set for a beginner like me!

Excellent All-around Bread Kit, Even If You Already Have a Few Tools
Everything feels both sturdy and lightweight. The banneton is great, easily washable, and makes a useful, long-loaf shape, which is what originally caught my eye. I also liked the cloth liner and it fits perfectly without much effort. The handle on the whisk is really comfortable and well-proportioned. I had been using a spatula and was surprised at how much better the whisk stirred the sourdough stater and dough. I already had a metal bench scraper and reinforced silicone bowl scraper, but this combo one is really nice. Definitely read the directions on the lame, but check out the pics! Professionally slashed. :) Excellent, responsive customer service, too. I contacted them in their main website and not through Amazon. I had some questions about a recipe and how to use the banneton and received quick, friendly, helpful answers. This set has everything you need to get started. One thing to note, sourdough needs a very large glass or plastic bowl, so order one when you order this set and you’ll have everything you need but flour, starter/yeast, (salt), and water!

I feel like I wasted my money. Company has potential but seems determined to stay stuck model.
I liked that it is a very sturdy plastic, not flimsy or bendy. I like that the handle of the whisk is all steel wrapped in soft silicone for comfort. Mixed feelings about the bowl scraper, the shape is great, conforms to the curve of my bowl perfectly, but I prefer a harder edge for scraping dough as opposed to the softish silicone edge of this one. Ended up using my old one. Lame is awful. Very difficult to change blades. Cut myself on the flat side, mildly successful on the curved side but I had to hold it closed to keep the blade in place. Really wish there were more banneton options. Different shapes and sizes or the option to purchase them separately from the set? I live in the rainforest and natural products such as wood are not an option here. No matter what you do the wood gets moldy. Set is ok. Prefer a 10” banneton to this 12”. Need 2, ended up buying new rattan bannetons and spray painting them to resist mold and buying a new lame. Company could corner the market in plastic proofing baskets, shame they don’t.

Very good products, I would order again or for a friend.
The Danish whisk is great for those of us who don't have a stand mixer. The proofing basket, liner, scraper and lame all work wonderfully. You can download a copy of recipes from their website which also provides tips and definitions for the novice bread baker. (The rye bread recipe makes a is very dense dense bread!) The packaging is very sturdy and if one is careful in cutting open the lid holding the whisk, scraper, lame and extra blades, it can be used to store all the items in the proofing basket keeping it covered and all items clean. My only complaint was that the lame only had one safety cap, which prevents you from keeping a blade in both the curved and straight ends at the same time. I did contact the company via their website and was very quickly provided with a second safety cap. So now I have blades in both ends of the lame safely capped. All are easy to use and easy to clean.

Superior and artistic!
If you're looking for an artisan bread making kit, stop looking further, this is the one!! It is a superior product and artistic quality! Look at the dual ended lame, in my opinion it's safer around kids, and the whisk like no other. They are also very stylish color coordinated, they will make bread making enjoyable! I purchased my kit and set it a side, however when I was about to start preparing for my sourdough, I couldn't find the cotton liner for the basket anywhere. I must have misplaced it after washing it. So I contacted the company to request/purchase a replacement cotton liner, instead they send me the whole new kit! How very kind and helpful! I thought the world will be so beautiful when everyone is helpful and kind to each other.

Problems found but Problems solved quickly
Upon buying this product as a gift to a closer baker friend, most things were absolutely perfect and he is currently enjoying the product very much. One issue we had was that the plastic caps on the blade broke after using it once. This was unfortunate and I posted my disappointment. The seller however took quick action and resolved the issue so quickly and efficiently! We are very happy with the service provided to us and look forward to buying their products in the future.

Ok but not the best
I really liked the scraper at first. It was a bit thick but it was versatile and its got a little ruler on it to help you divide dough. However, it's started disintegrating. Little bits of silicone or whatever just crumble off. The lame seemed like a nice idea but it is not very sturdy. The plastic where you slide off the head has snapped and the plastic lid is cracking for no reason. Bear in mind, I've only used one blade so have barely even touched the heads. Confusingly as well, you get sent two sets of heads or blades, I can't remember which now because it was a while ago. One of them is from the "old batch" and there's a note included saying they've sent a replacement with it because the old one was rubbish and difficult to change the blade. In theory, that's a great idea and I'm glad they've identified an issue and tried to fix it. However, my partner picked up the stuff to look at it while I was reading the note and has mixed them up. I have no idea which one is which now. I could be using the faulty one. The basket is nice. Does the job, can't complain. The whisk I haven't used much. Doesn't seem to do any different from a normal whisk, which I already own. Overall, I'm not that impressed and I wouldn't buy this again. I'd buy the basket separately, and if the scraper hadn't started to fall apart I'd have bought that separately too.
