Careless packing
A little expensive. Secondly, product arrived all crumpled and was a horrendous experience to straighten it before applying it to the art work

Pathetic! Crushed!
Crushed - and cut from corner - as if this ok was lying for years multifolded and crushed. Returning the material. First it took 10 days to deliver - now return - so much of waste of time and effort.
