Luster's S Curl Wave Gel and Activator, 10.5 Ounce (9182)

I don’t have more words to express my gratitude for this moment, and because I am very difficult at giving my best opinions at anything. But, I am very much happy that this magic has changed my hair perspective! Oh, wait! I STILL don’t know where to start with my compliment that I have soooooo much to say for this wonderful product. But, I want to say this first, though - I wasn’t sure in the beginning whether this product was going to work perfectly fine for my dry hair - even though I know as a man, I don’t really care to get my wave hair back in good shape. Thus, I want to illustrate the fact I have used so many masculine hairstyles products; but unfortunately, I have never got any good results from them (during the process of applying them in my hair), and I was frustrated by the fact I couldn’t get any results no matter what products I have used: I even tried at least 5-6 different products so that I could get my curly hair stayed straight, and before you even noticed it which by the time I noticed which my hair looked nothing, but some type of funny looking ones. Therefore, I was determined to keep searching for any alternative-which when I found this product (immediately) so to say, and my hair changed automatically the same few hours after I applied this product. Oh my Lord, I just don’t know how to put the correct words into this transition of me getting my curly hair back after a longtime in years - I am very happy to say the immediate outcome of this product on my curly hair/wave journey. So, yes if you try this product and I am sure you are going to see the difference for yourself! Also, with this product I woke up feeling my hair still looked very moisturizing and shining, too. But nevertheless, I would definitely hope you try this S-curl product for your own benefit too, because I cannot count how many other brands/ products which I have purchased, and for some reasons I couldn’t get any better than this — I definitely have my own testimonial for this product in particular because people can see my curls as well:-) !! And every single time I get a compliment for my new hair looks too, so I am very sure you’re going to have the same exact result as well. In addition, I only use this product and my other hair products both combined gives me an absolute good result to maintain my natural hair shape and I hope to use this product for many years to come. Oh! By the way, I just ordered 2 more of this product that way I can have them whenever I need. I am very grateful for finding this wonderful hair product on Amazon. I tried this product on a whim, I have natural 4c hair all the way through. It's very difficult for me to get any appreciable curl pattern after my hair dries. I usually use ecostyler gel, but it makes my hair crunchy and dry. When I first opened this product, I thought, omg its water. It is VERY watery, but trust the process and massage it all the way through your hair. Then use a holding gel (I use wetline) and BAM. The combination is astounding. I wore my hair as a wash and go for 2 days (my record) and then have been wearing my hair in a bun. I am on day 4 of the style and my curls are still very defined in the bun. I have not had to reapply the product, I just wet my hands and fluff up my bun in the morning and spray my leave in conditioner. No twists, no hassle. My hair feels incredibly soft and moisturized. I've read a lot of reviews on this product and think that either it is best for 4c hair or you need to use the wetline for best results.

I use this product on my curly wigs (deep wave, deep curly) to get a more defined curl. This product is sticky so I apply a little to the wig with my hands then I spray with a good amount of water. The hold is not as impeccable as the other well known brands but for the price it’s ok. For the blue colour I wouldn’t use it on a 613 because it might transfer. The scent is lovely though ( I got the fresh scent). Overall easy to use (just scoop out from the container), consistency is more watery compared to other brands but sticky. It’s not the best on the market but you can definitely give it a try. There’s a pic before applying the product and a video showing after applying the product. Hope this helps someone.

To be clear my hair is type 4c or tightly coiled POROUS hair. I emphasize porous because my hair absorb water and product quickly. I wash, detangle and apply a small amount of leave-in conditioner on my hair and leave my hair wet (not towel drying it). Parting my hair into small, thin sections I liberally apply this S-curl activator gel then apply Eco gel atop of it. And finger separate when needed. I do this throughout all of my hair, then sit under a hooded dryer for about 45-60 minutes. Then use a diffuser to dry the roots. (Yes, porous hair takes forever to dry! And it will EXPAND if not set quickly LOL) I share the Wash, Set N Go details because my hair, my natural tightly coiled hair was blowing in the wind on a windy day 😳🙌🏾🥰 I can swing my head from side to side …and I have movement and bounce 🥰 The only con is the gel is sticky if not dried by heat. And when the humidity gets to my hair, it is sticky again until it dries. Otherwise I’m looking like I have a different hair texture…unless this is what some folks have been using too 🤔 Hope this was helpful!

The product is very good. However, the packaging is not. It arrived broken. The top needs to be sealed.

I used to used this product year's ago when my hair was short I purchased this it still work's great for my hair.
