Yes. It comes with 1 refurbished PS2 Slim system, 1 original Sony DualShock 2 controller, AC adapter with power cord and standard AV cable. All refurbished systems we sell are tested, refurbished and cleaned. We inspect 1) physical damages on the unit, controller, cables and AC adapter. 2) CD drive mechanism and laser system 3) functionality testing on controller buttons and triggers 4) Performance testing including preventive overheating test.
