I don't have a use for a spare candle, so I ordered just five singles. My order arrived in a flimsy USPS Priority RRBB2 box, but the candles inside the box were well packed in large-cell bubble wrap, and the empty spaces filled with air pillows. Not the box I would have used, but it was well packaged against damage. The candles themselves look great. My biggest concern was that they might have a partial meltdown while sitting in the USPS Parcel Locker. But, the candles look great, and are scentless. A couple of cosmetic defects from the manufacturing (one or two gentle plier marks) but they're so minor as hardly worth mentioning. One thing I will say: the candles come wrapped in a plastic film for quality assurance. If you plan on lighting these candles, make sure you remove the plastic film first. Another reviewer mentions a gasoline-like smell, and I suspect the plastic film to be the cause. Always be conscientious of potential fire hazards, carbon monoxide, flame soot, and remember that candles can damage some surfaces just by sitting on them (even unlit). Always use responsible supervision.

Great true red color to the candle. Well made, no chips or spots on the candle. It's hard to find unscented candles which my husband prefers so this was a good find. Price okay. The candle looked really nice in the 4th of July centerpiece I made for our dining room table.

Candles were packaged beautifully so there was no damage. However, wax is poor quality; there is a film on it that looks like plastic was not removed and they are not a true black. Next to black they appear navy.
