A: 2 pairs of socks (so 4 each)

**Q: I have a 9 year old who wears a men's size 9.5. I'm not sure these will fit. Any ideas?**
A: These really just are for the heel area so I'm not sure the shoe size matters. My daughter wears a 6.5 to 7.

**Q: Can you wear these in soccer cleats?**
A: Yes! They slip on just like socks on the heel. I bought these for my son for his soccer cleats. We put these on first, then soccer socks and it seems to have helped tremendously with heel pain.

**Q: Can these be washed?**
A: Yes! But let them air dry. Do not put in warm dryer or the gel-like padding will stick together.
