I started out taking 6 pills of the 500mg regular AHCC, also from Quality of Life. I saw that the companies says that this 300mg AHCC is the equivalent potency and was hopeful to try is, especially since it was slightly cheaper per dose. I like the liquid extract better than the herbal capsules that the other one was. I have heard many claims that liquids are supposed to absorb better in the body. I decided to do 3 months with this 3 gram daily dosage as I read that this has helped women to maintain negative HPV tests. I will go with the recommendation to continue taking a 1 gram per day maintenance dosage after the 3 months is up. Before I started this, I was starting to get slight symptoms of the high risk HPV that I had been diagnosed with about 3.5 years ago. I didn't want to just wait around hoping that the HPV would clear up on it's own (especially since the virus can lead to cancer and I have been found to have precancerous cells), I wanted to do something to make my body stronger. I am also cutting out sweets for the most part. After a week, I am feeling better as the health of my body is improving. My eyes are clearer and it is easier for me to wake up a little earlier than usual. I am so glad that I found this product! (Also, I think your body needs a few days to get used to this product. I was stressed out over the cost of it and initially my body defenses were way down!) Give it a bit of time before determining whether it helps you. The great thing about this product is that it is also protective against cancer!

In only 4 days of using AHCC Platinum, after suffering with COVID symptoms for 2 months and being told by Kaiser they didn't know what was wrong, and not being able to breath due to the build up of mucous in my chest, I took AHCC Platinum and on the 4th day I COULD TAKE A DEEP BREATH AGAIN! I love the product but it is almost impossible to get the screw lid off. This is my 3rdd bottle of AHCC. I am thinking that this will bolster up my immune system. I am one that believes that the body will heal itself if we give it the right nutrients to get it on the right path. No more junk food - however it is difficult to get the 'right' nutrients from todays' foods'. There is a lot of science behind this AHCC product - we'll see - stand by. I also take Dr. Gundry's Bio Complete 3. We all need to help our GUT along. This is my response from the past. The tops are just too tight.
