I attempted to make a loaf of bread today and it was a complete flop, so in hind sight I visited the Abundant life foods site and guess what, it states that this flour is excellent for all baking purposes EXCEPT bread. Then I look at the label of the box I received, and yep it states the same thing EXCEPT bread. Now I don't know who to blame, but I have 24 lbs of flour that I don,t know how to use. I've E mailed the vendor to see if I can modify by adding some rice or bean flour to make this acceptable as bread flour.
