Absolutely love how the Vitamin Chart is so well illustrated in Color as well as the notes to go with it. Will definitely have to purchase the Charts (there are 2) now, so I can attach them to my Refrigerator as a constant reminder since only having it here on the Kindle App, let’s me forget that I have it very easily. I highly recommend this for anyone to have in their kitchen!

A PREVIEW TO PURCHASE: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Needed a quick reference chart for my 7 year old extra inquisitive kid to get him well versed with the names & functions of the vitamins available & provide a pictorial linkup of the same with food items in general. Idea was to fuel up his budding memory & know how upon the subject with something pictorial present right before eyesight always. ABOUT THE PRODUCT: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 1.) The chart comes with a dimension of 20”(W) x 29”(L) inch, sufficiently thick & well laminated all throughout . 2.) The chart comes with a string hung at the top to put it over any suitable support. 3.) The chart is highly pictorial with food item snaps clearly printed in front of the mentioned vitamin. 4.) Each vitamin also has a tag for water or fat soluble property marked clearly along with its purpose & deficiency effects , which is quite ok. FEW SHORT COMINGS : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Coming to cons, I would like to list up a few shortcomings. a.) No chemical name of the vitamin is written anywhere over the chart. b.) Often food items like eggs are listed in front of various heads not clearly mentioning what is in which part, yolk or shell. c.) Information about the richest source of each vitamin could also be quoted for quick reference. FINAL VERDICT : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx For a minimal price tag of mere 84 bucks , i suppose it’s a reasonable deal for a superficial brush up of the subject though for a better technical insight, extra info like chemical names of vitamins are also required .
