Depends on how bendy they are. I think you could fit either in here if they're not too tall.

How tall is the telescope handle? If its too short it causes a back ache.

It's about 40" from the floor to the top of the extended handle. It's about 11" from the top of the suitcase to the top of the extended handle.

In the review video they mention that the 28" is expandable, what about the 20"?

Do you think this could fit five days worth of clothing and such?

Definitely, and then some! I traveled to Europe for 8 days in September and fit everything into a 17" carry-on. A suitcase this big feels like overkill for such a short trip. I'd look at the 20-inch version. :-)
