These are life changing for migraines. They are intensely cold, with a burning sensation, which distracts from the pain. It is the only patch that helps my migraines. These + prescription medication is the answer!

We love these. Fever or headache it provides constant relief. It does say it lasts 8 hours but I think is more like effective 4 hours and then just like a quarter of its potency. I've tried generic ones from walgreens and those last 1 hour at most so this is the legit brand. This helps you when sometimes you can't have the luxury of proper rest while sick and it'll help you out through your day until you can rest properly. If they had it in bulk I would definitely buy them.

I have been using these for years couldn’t go through headaches without them…They really help relieve some of the discomfort headaches bring on..I think these are priced better then stores…

I’m not someone who leaves reviews, but I’ve purchased so many of these I think they deserve it. I’m a girl who suffers from migraines. I’m on a monthly injection, as well as have a preventative prescription on the side. So I know pain. I’ve bought the headache caps, I’ve bought all the reusable ice things etc, but nothing eases my pain like these patches. Nothing. They give me such relief, comfort, they last hours, the smell is so faint but nice( I’m also extremely sensitive to smells), the size is perfect and you just slap them on your forehead. I was buying them at my local Walmart for a while but then they only sold the kid ones. Kids ones are great too. But I love the adult sized ones. I’ve even gifted packs to co workers I recommend these things so much. As someone who suffers from the pain of a migraine, it’s nice to have a product give such relief. 100/10 recommend.

I use these frequently due to health issues (body doesn't regulate temp correctly at times, so I feel too hot quickly). They help bring temperature right back down. They're also great for headaches. Do be warned, though, as it can be a shock when first applying it to your skin. You can put them in the fridge for a boost to the cooling effect but this will definitely "shock" you with how cool it'll feel (I personally can handle it but others in my family cannot). There's a very VERY slight menthol-type smell but it is not strong or overpowering at all and is hardly noticeable. The size is perfect to cover your forehead and not get into your hair and/or eyebrows. They do seem not as sticky/clingy as some I've gotten prior but they do stay stuck once applied. You cannot put it on, remove, and reapply... it will not stick correctly. You'll know when it's no longer doing anything as the blue gel stuff will be super thin, the outer backing (white part) will have wrinkling, and it's no longer giving a cooling effect.... this is usually after anywhere from 6-9 hours for me. You can leave it on until it is used up then remove (peel off) and simply throw it away. Be sure when you open the pouch you tear it across the top as close to the edge as possible, remove one, then roll down the pouch ensuring it's closed tightly to not allow the other one to dry out. They can (and do) dry out if left open/exposed to air.

These are amazing cooling pads to use when I get migranes. I keep these in my refrigerator at all times...and have for several years now.

If you suffer from headaches, these are life-changing. It feels like instant relief. They stick really well and they last for so long! They have seriously made a such huge difference. I loved using them when I was pregnant, when I wanted to avoid taking any type of headache medication.
