I got them for oil burner which has 3 levels of light so they .com in that ok

Do these get hot enough to melt the wax in warmers?

They do get hot as any halogen lamp but not very hot. If the wax is of small volume it may melt a heating coil may be better I guess.

Is this LED white colour?

Mine in in an opaque glass. Diffused white/warm best described lighting - in bathroom
