Delicious and a good starter
Tastes great, although it is a bit expensive. However, I went on youtube and FoodWishes shows how to make Creme Fraiche using cream and buttermilk. If you substitute a couple tablespoons of this Creme Fraiche for the buttermilk, you will duplicate the probiotics in this one. So for the cost of a pint of cream, you get a pint (16 oz) of Creme Fraiche. Look at his youtube (search for Creme Fraiche) and it will show you how to do it. I use the Yogurt function on my Instant Pot and it works great for the fermenting.

Arrived mostly frozen
Taste was fine…at least the part that wasn’t frozen. Probably half of it was inedible. Arrived late 3 days after ordering on New Years Eve..had to open immediately.

Creme Fraiche
I developed a love of creme fraiche on a trip to France many years ago. I have purchased creme fraiche from Whole Foods in a plastic container, like sour cream. This is the same product I have purchased from Whole Foods, same manufacturer, same ounce content, identical. However, the price, including shipping was more expensive than buying it from Whole Foods. I feel the picture is rather misleading, as it shows the creme fraiche in a glass container, which is what I expected it to come in. I feel the seller should not picture a product in something other than what it really is. It is misleading. I also feel the seller should tell the potential customer who the manufacturer actually is as well, which this seller did not do. This may not matter to others, but it does to me.

What a waste of money
This was a joke. This Creme Fraiche came to me with only 4 days left on it's use by date.
