When I realised another relative had bought the same item at the same time as I, far cheaper, I explained to the seller that I would like to return the item ( this was on the same day that I purchased) I was informed that the item had been dispatched and there would be  a re-stocking charge of 25 per cent plus postage. I thought this was exorbitant and I still have the item. I also may add the package arrived without any invoice or paperwork whatsoever. I would certainly take another look at this supplier I have never had a problem before with any of your suppliers but I certainly will be more careful now

My daughter first saw these slippers at her friends house, and said that she would like a pair. I have to say they are brilliant AND promotes her to wear them round the house.. one happy mummy! The first pair I order, after a few hours of being worn one of the ears stopped working, so contacted the seller explaining what had happened, no quibbles and a replacement pair where dispatched which I received a few days later. Wow...now THAT'S what you call customer service!

My daughter is a size 12/13 so after reading the reviews I went with ordering a large which I'm now glad as I made the correct choice. I got the next size up otherwise they would have been too small but now she has a little extra room, and they arnt goo wide on her feet, she loves them and wants more in different patterns
