These resistance bands have been great. I’ve used them three times a week since 2019 and they only just needed replacing now in 2026. The set comes with a door anchor so you can take it traveling and do your strength training anywhere—no gym required. I love that I can do any weight by combining bands and can use the handles or ankle straps. A complete gym in a light-weight bag.

The owner’s guide is a very basic “getting started” series of exercises. If you really want to learn some versatility with this kit, get out on YouTube and watch some videos (something like the “Fit Gent” channel). I’ve been able to target every major muscle group with a variety of forms by varying the anchor point. I’ve mounted chrome bull rings in the main beam of my house (basement), as well as two fixed locations on a support pipe (middle and lower). I’m using one of the ankle straps as a variable position anchor point on the same pipe. Note: You can do single hand exercises by anchoring one end of a band (getting rated resistance), or putting the band through a ring and clipping in both ends to the handle (double-rated resistance). POSITIVES: quality of the bands; clearly marked resistances on the end straps; sturdy chrome rings on the ends; ability to switch from single point anchor, doubled-up, or two-handed exercises easily. SUGGESTIONS: I had to take the clips from the ankle straps to use on the handles, because one clip per handle wasn’t enough when you start adding on multiple bands for greater resistance. I’d suggest either bigger carabiners on the handles, or just throwing in some extra carabiners for us to use. As you can see, I modded the ankle strap with a large carabiner and a bull ring; I use the carabiner for single point anchor and the ring for two-handled exercises. CONS: The included door anchor is almost laughable it’s so tiny. It’s basically a strap through a piece of 1/2” PVC inside a chunk of foam. I’m afraid if I loaded that up with more than 40lbs resistance it would damage my wooden door, frame, or trim work. Hence why it’s still in the bag and I’m using self-installed anchor points in the basement. (Maybe the anchor would be OK on a steel framed door like in a dorm or hotel room.) Overall I would recommend this kit for the price and only de-rated it 1 star for the size of the clips and puny door anchor.

I love love love this set of bands. The handles are great and you can add weight by adding bands. It’s a very complete set with a door anchor. I’ve purchased many sets in the past and these are the best bands ever. Sturdy too!!

These are well made. The exercises are effective and these bands are versatile! Good purchase.

Having these bands helps me stick with my workouts while still giving me a challenge. They’re easy to take with me when I travel, one downside, the bag wasn’t well made and started unraveling right away. I’ve managed to get it fixed up a bit but I’ll be working on getting a better carrying bag.

So I actually like these but the chock that you fit in the door has let go on two of these. Apparently the problem is the cross stitching which is weak and the weakness can't be detected by inspection. The strap itself is fine, just the sewing. Here's a picture of my fix which is to swap in some climbing rope and a strong knot. The cross stitching on handles seems to be solid so far so I'm not sure why it has problem just on this component. It may be a weaker thread or some problem with the sewing tension. I've been using these for several months and it takes about that long to fail.

Dopo qualche giorno dall'acquisto sono piuttosto soddisfatto. Gli elastici sono adatti a praticamente tutti, sia chi è alle prime armi, sia a chi è già allenato. Anche gli esercizi che si possono realizzare sono piuttosto vari e ideali per ogni zona del corpo. La sacca e il libricino sono delle aggiunte molto gradite ed utili!

Sono perfetti. Unendo più cavi si ottiene un intensita adeguata a chi ha già "pratica". Le giunture sono ben fatte, avevo paura si potessero rovinare o peggio rompere e invece nonostante gli stress a cui le faccio lavorare sono ancora in perfetto stato. Gli accessori sono utilissimi e comodi. Insomma...consigliatissimo

Good 1. Delivery was punctual, considering disruption caused by COVID19 Bad: Item delivered did not match advertised pictures (refer to attached pictures) a. Carabiner was filmsy and measured 5cm NOT 6cm as advertised b. Carrying case did not come with "TheFitLife" logo and there was no User Guide c. Cross-section of tube seemed like "others" as in their picture d. Weight mark was NOT marked on any of the bands e. I do not see the reenforced lock as depicted on their picture - the actual product received seemed like the "others" f. There was no visible cross-stitch double layer reinforced weaving Quite disappointed overall with the workmanship. And the price paid then was S$49.99 and NOT S$22. ==== ADDENDUM: I contacted the original seller "FITLIFESG" who warned me about the other counterfeit sellers listed on Amazon for this product. I also complained to Amazon and, to their credit, I was granted a full refund. Subsequently placed a new order from "FITLIFESG" and received the resistance bands exactly as advertised. Truly pleased with my purchase and revised my review to 5 from 2 stars. Word of advice: caveat emptor... Check the SELLER of the item to ensure that it matches the listed seller
