Is the actual name of the variety "texas super sweet", "super sweet", "candy", or something else?

These onion sets are super sweet. Texas super sweet onions are white, these are yellow kinda like a Georgia sweet.

What is the spacing requirements for these?

3" apart.. mine are doing great.. also, just cover the top when planting.

Can I grow it to get green onions?

Yes...but understand they're all "green onions" as you would buy in a grocery store. The edible bulb part will be basically white, just the outer skin will be red, yellow or white.

How long can I store the super sweet onion?

I have stored them in a cool dry place for 4-5 months.
