Great Knife!
This is a friction folder, so there is no locking mechanism, but it works quite well. With an 8.5cm blade (just short of 3.5 inches), this knife is actually bigger than I thought it would be (probably should have read the fine print a bit better), and I am happy with the fit and finish on this item. The grinds are perfect, and the blade is centered where it should be. My knife was a bit stiff to open, but this can be adjusted via the four brass screws on the handle; screws are single slotted,so you can use a myriad of items to adjust the screws (coin, cartridge rim, pen cap, beefy fingernail, etc). The 12C27 steel is a good basic stainless steel from Sweden, which is used successfully on too many knives to mention (Mora, Kubey, et al). This knife came sharp and flawless, and there is nothing bad I can say about it. I spent $10 on this Swedish knife, which is in the same price range as those dubious cheapie gas station offerings from China. This is one of the best knife bargains on Amazon.

A near-perfect pocket knife
This knife is fast becoming my favorite for everyday use. The steel is of high quality and holds a good edge. Its back spring is stronger any other folding knife of comparable size that I have come across. The handle is plastic, but it's not cheap-looking in my opinion, and it feels very comfortable in the hand. Most importantly, it's not difficult to make the blade razor sharp! You'll be hard pressed to find a better knife for $30.

Very handsome knife
Here are the facts. Not a lock blade, but once it's open it might as well be. Takes some effort to close, which is commendable. The two fasteners are brass. Weight 75 grams (2-5/8 ounces); length closed 105mm (4-1/8 inches); length open 185mm (7-1/4 inches). In spite of the prospectus mine did not come with a sheath; it was in a small, glossy black, throwaway (but suitable for presentation), cardboard box. When I ordered, there was no choice of handle material. Nevertheless, the knife is a keeper. Bought three of them.

Lot of bang for the buck .
Awesome pocket knife with the quality steel I had hoped for after owning many knives from Sweden. The knife came ok sharp but not as sharp as I like but with a few strops with a ceramic rod It was hair shaving sharp. A great buy and I highly recommend this knife .
