Doesn't fit 22mm riser
Bought to replace Aquilina version - Seems identical and reasonable quality (chrome) just be careful of the silicone pad on the button that grips the tube - I really had to force it on but once repositioned works fine. It’s a little bit stiff and needs a strong nip on the button to slide up and down. Half price of Aqualisa.

Perfect fit second time round
Ordered the 22 mm but this was too big. Returned it without a problem and got the 19mm which is a perfect fit don’t know why they didn’t supply this one with the shower? It can also be adjusted by the turn of a screw if it becomes loose again.

Disappointed
Unfortunately the inside rubber was not glued in properly and did not stay on riser. Spring not as strong as the original. A little disappointed in this product. What should have been a simple swap - new for broken - took an hour of my time to doctor it. Yes I know I should have sent it back!

Easy to fit unit
Bought to replace a broken unit, very easy to fit, works well.

Falls apart after about a week. Avoid!
Bought one which fell apart just after the return period passed. Thought maybe I'd been unlucky, so purchased another. I was wrong! This one lasted about 7 days before also falling apart. Recommend potential buyers search for a different brand of 22mm shower head holder.

Not a universal fit
This is supposed to be a universal fit but it only fits my existing Triton shower head along half of its length, ie the head does not fit fully into this fixture. I will have to see if it stays in place over the nex few weeks

Missing Rubber Insert
Item arrived but no rubber insert. Also seems like it would not be tight enough to grip pole anyway.. This was 22mm chrome version. Surely if this is a Triton part, it should not have sizing problem and missing insert
