Modetro Sports Ankle Brace with Adjustable Strap - Compression Sleeve Socks for Ligament Damage - Ankle Support Achilles Tendonitis Plantar Fasciitis Foot Support

I have been struggling with a swollen ankle and pain in my foot following a fracture to my fibula. The fracture healed perfectly but the lack of activity for 8 weeks while my leg was encased in plaster and a boot affected the mobility in my ankle & foot. Not helped by the fact that my foot is weak anyway as a result of major surgery as a child (many years ago) to correct a club foot.I have been wearing the support sleeve (without ankle strap) since removing the boot and it is definitely making a difference. The compression and support around the ankle has reduced the pain and swelling significantly, which in turn has improved the mobility in my foot. Its not quite back to what it was but its improving by the day. I particularly like the fact that my weak ankle is completely encased and supported, but without compromising mobility. So much so that when it is fully recovered from the fracture I intend to wear the support permanently to give additional protection and stability.The supports (you get two in a pack, with one ankle strap) are made from a breathable stretchy material, which is tight but very comfortable, and does not hinder the wearing of socks or shoes. So much so that you forget you are wearing them. They also wash without any degradation whatsoever to the compression, or fit.I can also vouch for the after-sales support, which is amazing. The stitching on one of the socks started to come adrift. I contacted the supplier, Modetro Retail Ltd, who very quickly, and without argument, despatched a FOC replacement. That's service!

Easy to put on and looks great, not too bulky. Am really satisfied with the support it gives to my ankle; can feel it from the moment I put it on.The only thing I would say (and it may just be me), is that it gets quite uncomfortable under the sole of my foot after a while as the brace moves around. I was using it for basketball so lots of aggressive movement on my feet; understandable in light of that

This has been really great for my sprained ankle, it supports very well and has made it feel safe and secure. To get 2 of these plus a strap (not needed to use it) for the price is really good value, I paid almost that for one support sleeve before. It washes well and continues to look good and do its job. Very pleased with it, great buy. I bought the medium size, although I have small feet I have "fat" ankles, and it fitted perfectly.

Quick and easy to use, once you get the hang of the strap, which doesn't take too long.So long as you are using this product at the correct stage of your recovery then it works very well indeed. The sock itself is very comfortable and even remains so following the compression from the strap which does indeed give you more stability and peace of mind that you are not going to overstep.For a non-tailor-made product, it is probably as good as you are going to get.

Not as good as I thought it would be. I have flat feet, so they're slightly wide. I'm a men's size 10 in trainers and 9 in shoes. The socks aren't as tight as I would have liked and I'm not sure where my heels should be place. Other supports I've used like this, there's usually a hole for the heel. Having two straps would be good too.

I have been using this product for the last few weeks. Provided very good compression for my rolled ankle and when using the strap provided, it also acts as a good support for the ankle during sport. This product would be great to use for recent injuries like rolled or sprained ankles as it offers great compression to aid in recovery. I followed the sizing chart and had no issues with sizing at all, it fit perfectly.Also great customer service, had two or three emails after purchasing the product from the supplier checking that everything was ok and gently reminding me that they were there should I have any problems with the product. Would highly recommend!

So far so good. I have been suffering from heel and ankle pain for a few weeks to the point where I have been reluctant to walk anywhere. Slapped one of these on and it has drastically reduced the pain. I think I would like it more if it was a full sock as it chafes a bit at the edges where it cuts off at the toe end, however my foot feels more secure and walking is much much much less painful.

Arrived the next day which was good as I had sprained my ankle at a tampolining centre. I have injured the ankle a few times in the past and knew it was noting too serious, just stretched the ligaments too far, so no need or time for hospital. Ordered this and it arrived next morning so could put it straight on and work as normal. Gives good support, particularly with the extra velco wrap-around strap which I used for the first two days, then just used the slip on sock type support on it's own for a week or so after that until the ankle felt better. Two sock type supports and the wrap around ankle strap for the money is great value.

This brace stays in place even over socks

Just a compression sock and elastic band . Was not what I expected. How ever does help the arch but not plantar.

Been having foot problems & this product really helps with pain , soreness & swelling. Although the outside wrap was a little difficult to add on

This product does come with two sleeve but only one compression support strap. I have injuried the Achillles tendon in both of my feet. A second compression strap would have been greatly appreciated. I am 5'6" and weigh 124 lbs. The medium fit nicely.
