ITIL Foundation Handbook - Pocketbook: 2011

I just took it out of the packaging and am flipping through it. Not sure why someone would complain about the size of it, its a handbook, a reference. Print size is fine, not sure why someone would complain about that. I cannot comment on the material yet.

Could use a little better color in its fonts, makes for difficult reading. The content is good, though.

Good for a quick content review. Book and letter size are small, easy to take it in Your bag.

The ITIL Foundation Handbook reads like a personal summary of someone studying the slides from the ITIL Foundation training. It is a subset of such slides. It can be used as a small list of topics that are discussed during an ITIL Foundation training or in ITIL study books. It is not by itself a book that can be read or used as a useful reference.Ordered this pocket book to be aware of potential alternatives to the "Official Introduction to the ITIL Service Lifecycle" book which we currently use as a support for our ITIL Foundation training classes. We use the Introduction book (the other one) as a short readable reference for people who want to get back into the storyline of the training, for the glossary and for the sample process flow diagrams. None of these things are in this Foundation Handbook, which in fact turns out not to be a real handbook but rather an outline of topics discussed in the ITIL Foundation training.

Good and compact concentration of key material. After self-studying with this book and sample tests I have passed the exam with 85%.

Very disappointed. This book was much smaller than a postcard in size. Too small to read. Very deceptive picture. Not what I expected to receive. Feel ripped off.

This is the recommended book from the ITIL foundation course.Be aware that if you go on the course you get this as part of it if you attend the classes.

There are 25 pages pages missing in this NEW book.I hope to see this solved. The pages missing are 26 untill 74.

Exactly what i need during my foundation qualificatio studies and a great reference guide there after, even small enouch for a laptop bag, hand bag or even man bag. Great.
