Einhell Circular Saw Aluminium Guide Rail 2x1000 mm (Compatible with Plunge Saw & Einhell Expert Handheld Circular Saw, Precise and Straight cuts, Gripper Strips for a Non-Slip Underside)

Needed to trim a bunch of doors and kitchen plinths in my new build after flooring went down. Quite a few of the doors had been trimmed uneven so if I had just used the built in guide on my circular saw, my cuts would also be uneven. This rail guide however let me set my cutting path accurately and clamp it down, it was very sturdy guiding the saw through the cut. Nice even result, definitely worth buying this rail set. Some reviews said they didn't get the clamps which was a bit concerning, but mine did come with them and they work great. The rubber on the cutting edge was oversized, however a pass over the guides with your saw will trim them to the correct length. Joining the two pieces together was needed for one of my tasks (pictured) and it does take a moment to do this but with the screws tightened they lock together very well. Used with an Einhell TE-CS 18/165-1 Li Cordless circular saw no problem.

Works well as a track for the einhell saw. A couple of minor criticisms - the clamps are rubbish. Use something else, locking pliers, g clamps or something. Also the length isn't ideal, cutting a standard 1220 sheet means you have to use the full length, and they are too short for a full 2440. I was aware of this before purchasing though, so can't complain.

Quality ain’t very good

A fairly good set of tracks, but with flaws. Lock together securely and once set up (plastic edge trimmed on first use) accurate cuts can be achieved, as long as the track doesn’t move. This is the caveat. The anti-slip strips underneath need to be kept spotless or the track will be budged slightly by the vibration of the saw being turned on. Having watched countless videos of people throwing their track down (no clamping) and producing accurate cuts, this was a bit of a disappointment. Provided clamps are total rubbish and distort/break very quickly. Best to buy a better set. Overall, once clamps have been replaced and you have a way of securing the track to the work piece, it’s not bad.

Komfortabler Lauf Der integrierte Gleitbelag ist ein kleines, aber feines Detail: Die Säge gleitet angenehm leicht über die Schiene, sodass man sich voll auf den Schnitt konzentrieren kann, statt gegen Widerstände anzukämpfen. Saubere Schnittkanten Der Splitterschutz verhindert zuverlässig das Ausfransen des Werkstücks. Gerade bei empfindlichen Materialien ist das ein echter Vorteil, der die Ergebnisse sichtbar verbessert. Robuste Konstruktion Gefertigt aus leichtem, aber stabilem Aluminium, ist die Schiene sowohl handlich als auch langlebig. Die Haftbänder auf der Unterseite sorgen dafür, dass sie rutschfest liegt – kein Verrücken, kein Nachjustieren. Persönliche Erfahrung Ich habe die Schiene beim Zuschneiden von Holzplatten im Wald eingesetzt. Die Führung war präzise, die Säge lief ruhig, und die Schnittkanten waren sauber. Besonders angenehm: Die Schiene blieb dank der Haftbänder stabil an Ort und Stelle, sodass ich mich voll auf die Arbeit konzentrieren konnte. Fazit: Die Original Einhell Führungsschiene Alu ist ein durchdachtes Zubehör, das Präzision, Komfort und Sicherheit vereint. Wer mit der TE-CS 18/165 arbeitet, bekommt hier ein Werkzeug, das die Qualität der Schnitte sichtbar verbessert und die Arbeit spürbar erleichtert.
