The cleanup is easy and fast
This is a heavy duty machine. It is incredibly fast once you set it up and line up your product for processing. The discharge is quick and it will splatter--we use aluminum foil to cover the discharge dish and chute to eliminate splatter. The cleanup is easy and fast.

Great for pizza operation
Works great for grating cheese for pizza operation...lots of power. Especially good for making coleslaw...we saved thousands of $$$ making our own. Highly recommend this unit. Build quality is second to none!
