I bought this because I'd heard it really helps with hangovers and I have to say I definitely noticed a difference. I'd heard you should take it before you drink, and that worked well, but a few times I forgot to do that and I took it when I got home and that worked just as well, so I just take it afterwards now. I ordered this because I saw it on a tv show as a helpful fat loss aid. After I got it (which it came really fast) I was reading about it and saw people say that it's good for preventing hangovers. So, normally I don't drink because I dread the hangover. But it's memorial weekend so I figured I'd have a few since I don't have to work.
