Sliders Fitness

Thank you for the sliders. I use them a lot in my daily workout and they are very useful and handy . They did not require any assembly and fit easily in my gym bag and are not heavy either . I have been using them for my daily stretches as well.

I have to be honest, i was a little skeptical about this item... sometimes after work I don't feel like going to the gym, I can't wait to go home but also I feel bad when I know I have to do my workout...so I decided to give it a try and I have to say I was impressed..with this product you can have a whole workout for the whole body and also is great if you are going in a vacation, you can just put it in your baggage and don't feel sorry about missing out the gym...I highly recommend it

I like the fact that it came on time. I have tried it a couple of times already. It really does work. I was looking for something I can workout with at home. I found it.

Took me a minute to get the hang of the sliders, but they are a phenomenal workout when used correctly. absolutely feel the burn in my legs when I use them. Portability is great, no mess or hassle with set up. I do wish that the exercise guide was available in a different format instead of having to scroll on a PDF file. But overall, very happy with my purchase.

These sliders and band are great, especially at such a great price! They glide effortlessly for me and the band has the perfect amount of resistance. I also love the ankle straps on the band. They're way more comfortable than when I've used plain bands in the past. Definitely recommend for an easy, portable way to get a great workout!

After watching a video of someone using this type of device, I expected this to function the same way; I was wrong. The disks don't Glide as freely AND are rather small (difficult to stabilize my foot). I do like the Ankle anchors f/ the Band.

The band material seems very flexiable .I wish the box come with a set of instructions on ways of using this. I know you can go to Amazon product page to find the videos on the bottom. If they were a gift, it would have been very inconvenient for the recipient to figure out what they're used for (minimal packaging).

I really like the resistance band. It's great for leg lifts to work the gluts. I also use it for leg exercises my PT recommended. I have to attach a resistance band to the leg of a heavy table or dresser and loop the other end around my ankle. The velcro cuffs make it so easy and I can travel with it, too. I do planks, but I haven't figured out what the discs are supposed to do.
