So gentle and cleansing out things you ate in 1999. I thought ghos would be useless but man was I wrong. I'm pretty regular but evidently I had some partial blockages I didn't know about. Not anymore! I am on day 4 and passing things I didn't know were in there! I take it at night. Works beautifully. I will have occasional pain with elimination but I think this is solving that. Now I am recommending it to my friends and family. I started it to shed some last minute pounds but the results are much better than I expected. My dress already firs better.

These cleansing pills really work but they can be a little TOO effective depending upon your metabolism. Here’s why… I’ve noticed that the directions on the product page are different than what’s on the actual package. According to the package instructions, on Days 1 through 3, you take one pill at night. Days 4 and 5 you take two a night. Days 6 and 7 you take three pills. Here is the effect they had on me when I followed the package instructions. Days 1-3: I had a full, solid bowel movement the next mornings that left me feeling well. Days 4-5: I often had two large movements, usually about 5-6 hours apart. Days 6-7: It was like drinking a full bottle of milk of magnesia. I had roughly 4-5 movements on those following days. And sometimes I had a movement if I breathed wrong. It was too much. They worked. I did lose roughly 10 pounds after that week whenever I used them. But those high doses near the end of the week left me drained. The best thing to do is keep the dosage to 1 pill a night if you want a good single movement. Maybe up it to 2 pills on the weekend if you know you’re going to stay home. You’ll still lose the weight but at least you won’t be overdoing it.

I discovered some tips as time went by. I will document them here for you and also for myself the next time I use this cleanser (or any cleanser). Tip #1: Make sure you eat a lot of fibers (lettuce, celery, broccoli, spinach, green beans, peas, carrots, etc. etc.). It will help the pill work better. Especially the breakfast I think. But if you can, try to eat a good amount of fiber throughout the day. Tip #2: I always drink a lot of water, so I don't feel a difference on the water intake. But according to other reviewers, drinking a lot of water helps too, which I think makes sense. Tip #3: Black coffee and probiotics help too. Tip #4: In my experience, it's better to take the pill with your last meal of the day (may it be 4pm or 8pm) then take it without food. Without food, I feel it's too strong on my stomach; unless you are taking 1 pill, that may be okay. Tip #5: You don't necessarily need to take 3 pills to see the results. I personally think the sweet spot is to cleanse without feeling crappy for the rest of the day. I did take 3 pills a few days out of the 7 days as you can see below, but on those days, I felt crappy (felt weak, cold, had diarrhea, couldn't go to the gym and workout coz I felt weak and a bit cold). So I personally probably will stick to 1 or 2 pills the next time I use this cleanse. Tip #6: I don't know a recommended frequency for body cleanse, but I think it requires an interval of at least a month. -------- Below are my daily updates --------- Day 1 morning after taking 1 pill the night before - One flush for me; more than what I normally have; no cramping or any feelings such that I needed to rush to the bathroom. Day 2 morning after taking 2 pills the night before - Because only 1 flush for me on Day 1 and no terrible feelings either, I decided to take 2 pills. Day 2 was normal too, also just one flush not as much as Day 1 though. Day 3 morning after taking 3 pills the night before - I increased the intake by 1 pill again. 1 flush in the morning after taking black coffee. Had some diarrhea for the rest of the morning before noon. I felt weak and experienced some chilly. Day 4 morning after taking 3 pills the night before - I did three pills again. 2 flushes in the morning after taking black coffee. Had some (more than Day 3) diarrhea for the rest of the morning before noon. Day 5 morning after taking 2 pills the night before - I'm wondering if it was the 3 pills that cause diarrhea and so I reduced by 1 pill to see. Day 6 morning after taking 3 pills the night before - a few flushes before 2pm ish. Felt a bit too strong on my stomach as I didn't feel great, and so I would take 1 pill for the last day Day 7 morning after taking 1 pill the night before - One solid flush in the morning after a high-fiber meal. Didn't feel anything for the rest of the day; pretty normal day.

Review based off only one dose. I took one dose and had horrible stomach pains and cramps all night, went to the bathroom maybe 6 times and feel like I got fully cleaned out after one pill. I won’t be taking the rest because the stomach pains and cramps were intense and not worth it.

I bought to help with my stomach issues. Just finished the 7 days and lost 9 pounds didn’t change eating habits at all! No cramping, or bloating!

Great detox choice

I bought this for a cleanse since I've been gaining weight and my husband been having some bad gut problems and all the reviews said that it made u go and this that and the other we r goin on day 4 and we have taken the pills like the instructions said and yeah day one felt little kick off but other than gas here and there maybe it hasn't done anything like i was expecting cuz it says morning you'll be in bathroom for at least 20 minutes to clean out well nothing I've had no bm in the last day until time to take another one so now it hit my husband yesterday in the late afternoon and we take it at night with water cuz thats mostly what we drink is water so.... for the time being I DO NOT RECOMENED THIS ONE GET SOMEHITNG THATS REALLY GONNA WORK... I will update at end of week we have 5 more days I will update this when we are done... and I actually will unlike a lot of reviews I read (I just got it in ill update in few days) and they never do.... if it starts working like exspeced I will give more stars I took a start away if i could I'd take all stars... this isnt worth ur money or the time... all it does is cause gas... me and my husband finished the bottle and we did like it said take it at night but the problem is when and if it gave u bowle movements it wasn't till like noon or later the next day... and it was horrible I do get gas and 90% of the time it doesn't stink... my husband well he is a man so 90% of his stink no matter what... but this had my gas smelling so bad my animals ran out of room yes... I guess the pill deserves 1 star cuz it was funny to see my husband gag over mine for once lol oh boy it was funny Fowle but funny... so unless u want the gas and ur body definitely not cleaned out go for it but I wouldnt recommend this to any one ever worse money I've ever spent.... on Amazon... dont waste your time money or nose function... thank you for reading and may God bless you and have a bless day.
