This is such a great shampoo. It has such a calming scent and makes our hair soft and full.

I like the shampoo, but 4 stars because it arrived not packaged well and some of the shampoo had leaked onto the bottle and little bit of craft paper. The pump does not work. Difficult to push down and then have to manually pull it back up. Barely get any shampoo out with a faulty pump. But, yes, the shampoo works well.

So far we’ve liked this! It does the job, makes me feel better knowing the ingredients are more on the low/non-toxic side. Definitely recommend! Hair feels clean after.

Hi all!! I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so about this amazing shampoo. This is the second time I have bought this, and I don't think I want to try anything else again. The first time I bought this shampoo, I was searching for something for my thin, long hair that might help it feel fuller and healthier. My first impression was that it was very heavy on the essential oils, and thusly it took awhile for me to get used to the smell as it's pretty strongly herbal. I liked the consistency and lathering, and for me I use a pump and a half to lather up my thin, waist-length hair. I have not had any issues with lather, but I have very hard water so that may help where others have had issues. It took me a long time to get through the first bottle, washing my hair daily, and when that was gone I was ready to try something else. I picked up a different brand from Amazon, and while using the different shampoo, I realized that this shampoo with it's extreme amount of essential oils was keeping my on again off again dandruff at bay!! My dandruff was coming back when I switched, so after using most of the new shampoo I placed an order for my second bottle of this one. When I received the second bottle, it came packed very well, no leaking or anything, and when I pumped some product in the shower I was met by the old familiar heavy essential oil smell that I knew was going to keep my scalp and hair healthy. It was like seeing an old friend again. I can't speak for the biotin making my hair stronger or anything like that, but it cleans well, leaves it shiny and pretty, and is an all around great shampoo. I don't want to use anything else anymore, and I will be trying the matching conditioner once I'm done with my massive sized grocery store brand. I want to speak about those claiming chemical burns. I have NOT had this experience, but as I mentioned before, this shampoo contains heavy amounts of essential oils. If you are sensitive, I'd probably skip this one, but it works for me with no adverse effects. Even though essential oils are natural, that doesn't mean natural botanicals are without side effects. I wish I could give this shampoo more than five stars, it will always be my favorite.

I love the Avalon Organics Therapy Biotin B-Complex Thickening Shampoo It's made from naturel organic ingredients. I always feel my hair is thicker & stronger after my shower, I also love how it comes lately well packaged so it doesn't leak anymore as in the past! I love the pump for easy use! I'd say the smell is pretty interesting (prob. a result of the organic Herbs etc. inside) wish they would improve that, but it's not that bad, still fresh. The price is pretty high in my opinion.

I ordered this going by review as I have oily scalp and I have severe hair fall with itching scalp ,it goes by it promise of giving volume but makes hair very dry and easily breakable and it has reduced hair fall in a minimal Amy not as I expected ,so I was just satisfied with shampoo not happy and the amount is too much for only these qualities

very happy with this product. is full of natural ingredients and leaves my hair feeling very healthy. didn't notice thickness or volume right away but after couple weeks started to notice a difference . I'm 32 year old male and I have really thin hair and this stuff works really good. no chemicals and all that crap they have in all those over the counter shampoos and conditioners. awesome product.

I used it for 2 months did not see anything apart from making my hair super thick and voluminous, do not use this shampoo without a conditioner afterwards or you’ll rip your hair out whilst brushing it wet or dry!!!
