Protects alot, but moves too much
Purchased for Boxing Sparring practice, on first use even if I slipped a punch about how I should and it just grazed my head the headgear moved around too much, and blocked my vision. Sometimes I could make it tight enough to not move when getting hit but had to learn off trial and error. These are not rated for competing in competitions at a collegiate level so if that is the goal I would recommend the title or something similar with the appropriate tagging.

This was a great buy. It was so good that the first day my son took it to practice someone stole it. So I would recommend putting your name on it.

Not very good protection head
Bought this helmet for my 14 year old son. He said wear this helmet. Getting hit in the head hurts. don't think it will protect my head
