We turned it on it worked great. Turned it off and it sat under the tree till the next day. The next day we couldn't turn it on because the switch would not come on. I reached out to Amazon and they sent me a new one in 2 days and before I could send the other one back. He came home from school saw the new one, had me open it up and put the batteries in. Sadly, this one doesn't work either. The voice changer button's only 4-6 work and the microphone part doesn't work so youcan't change your voice. So now I'm sending this one back after 5min. Very disappointed because they had so much fun for the few minutes they played with it when we first got it. But to see it fall apart so quickly from no usage at all is not good. Definitely find something else to give them. It advertises 5 different sound effects and has 5 buttons to change the voices. However, all the voices are the same. No differences between the five. It is very small. Maybe the correct size for a two or three year old. What was going to be a gift will now become a stocking stuffer. And a crummy one at that. First of all, it’s SUPER small. The packaging makes it look really cheap. It looks like something I would buy for $10 TOPS— and that would be the high end. Realistically it looks more like a $5 toy.
