This really helps with my neck pain and stiffness. Last year I saw a chriopractor for all the pain, stiffness, migraines and numbers I was experiencing. X-rays found my neck is bent about 45 degrees in the opposite direction it's supposed to be and a small hip fracture that never healed properly. I also work on computers a lot so needless to say I got problems and with no health insurance and busy lifestyle I need to be able to keep up. This device does help, I get pinching pains in my neck and shoulders and this has helped in the short time that I use it. I use it 2-3x a day for 5-10mins. It's uncomfortable while in use but feels much better later on your neck. It's a great drug-free way to try to keep your neck right and supplement other therapy. Basically I bought this because the pain was getting almost unbearable and now it's there but I can function better. I plan to use long-term.

I was recently in a car accident and my chiropractor recommended I try using one of these to help with the pain in my neck from several herniated discs. I was skeptical that it would really do anything but was pleasantly surprised when after a few uses it seemed to help with the stiffness and pain. Will continue to use and see how it helps my neck long term. This one is much cheaper than some of the other ones and so far seems to be decent quality. There aren’t really any instructions on how to use it but thankfully my chiropractor showed and told me what to do.

Used this about 5 times. also used the "Posture Pump Dual Extractor" The Posture neck only has one bladder/Posture pump has 2 bladders. The Posture neck does not distract the vertabrae like the Posture Pump does The snaps on the chin strap dont hold and the chin/Head strap don't fit well Also, the Posture Neck pump failed after 5 uses, it is not made as well as Posture Pump Dual Extractor - I returned it.and got a credit

My chiropractor told me to get this. I have had some minor neck issues that have gotten a little worse as I got older. I would get this pain in my neck that would radiate down into my ribcage and shoulder blade. But I was able to gently twist my neck, hear a loud pop, and the pain would instantly be gone. I had a hard time getting it to crack one time and I think I twisted it too hard. I had pain for a while and range of motion probs after that, did PT which was very helpful, but was never able to crack it again to get rid of that pain. That was about 8 years ago. Now, I have been using this posture pump every day. 3 weeks after I bought it, my chiro could feel a difference in my neck. Also, after about a week and a half of use, I was able to crack my neck again after not being able to for several years. My neck doesn't crack as easily as it did 8 years ago before I hurt it, but as continue to use this, it is getting better. As I am laying there using it, it doesn't make sense... it doesn't feel like it's doing anythg... but it really is working for me.

This is a knock off version of a very expensive product that my chiropractor wanted me to buy from him for $199. It feels the same as the one that I used at his office. I have had many years of neck pain and have lost my natural curve in my neck. I have used the posture pump for 2 weeks 10 minutes each night and have seen great improvement. No pain and tightness. They do need to improve the head strap as the Velcro does not stay and comes lose.

This works great!! I have degenerative disc disease, C5/C6 and C6/C7 w severe disc narrowing and radiculopathy and am going to get disc replacement soon. Had axial linear traction before w some symptom relief, but wanted to try this to prevent issues w lordosis. Followed instructions out of the box and am still working my way up to the 15 min mark, but definitely feel a difference and this has allowed me to sleep much more comfortably (Thank you!!) and get through most of my day with reduced pain / symptoms. If you have these types of symptoms then you know how difficult it can be to sleep! I find this also helps to loosen my neck muscles which helps with symptoms as well. Highly recommend if you have an issue that you’ve been told by a Dr that traction could help or alleviate.
