Does a damn good job. Perfect fit and you use it to record all of the field shenanigans. Get videos for yourself and the boys now; the time flies and you’ll miss it in a blink of an eye.

The mount wouldn't fit on my NVG mount at first but I filed down the NVG mount just a little and haven't had any issues since.

As a few other reviews have noted, you may have some fitting problems with cheaper helmet mounting brackets, and you mayhave to modify yours somewhat to fit an airsoft helmet. But this thing is built well and built SOLID. If you are a professional operator, this is a very good solution. Your GoPro enclosure will rip apart before this thing gives way. It is worth mentioning that the retaining nut doesn't stay in place by itself, so don't lost the nut!

Works well with my AKASO EK7000 camera. Only complaint I’ve got is that it doesn’t fully seat in the NVG mount on my helmet. No real issue for light use, but it may pop out with heavy use. Other than that I like it.

The pad helps the fit into the helmet mount somewhat, but it still has play in it. I could live with it and get more padding/whatever. But when you put the GoPro on it, it’s made so terribly the GoPro won’t even stay in place, it just flops forward or backward. No way to tighten it because it was machined so poorly. D-, bad product. I am using an opscore helmet/mount

I'm looking for a gopro mount to use on my ops core fast bump helmet. this is the 2nd one i ordered from what i was able to find. its well built, sturdy, and doesn't really move around when the camera is attached. the only problem is. it doesn't fit the helmet nvg slot. the metal lug and the button that pushes it are too close. this doesn't allow the lug to be actually seated in the slit but just press against the nvg shroud. maybe it will fit other companies' or airsoft helmets? but other than that everything else seems good.

After reading a few reviews I was worried I’d be disappointed. I’m far from it. This mount is awesome. It’s a perfect fit and super solid. If I had to guess, the people having issues are trying to use this with knock off airsoft helmets. This mount works perfectly with a Team Wendy helmet with the Wilcox mount.

Bought this for a TW bump helmet as I'm going to be under a parachute this fall and want to capture the jumps. Right out of the package without the little foam pad installed, it clipped in and had only the tiniest movement\rattle which is normal for NVG mounts. Installed the foam pad and it is snug, make sure you hear the click! Pic showing foam pad so you can see how much the mount is pressing into it after having the mount on the helmet for about 10 mins.
