Lights come on automatically when you plug the USB in your pc. If they don't then send it back for a refund or replacement.

Hello, the light mode of the mouse is fixed and there is no other way to change it.

How I can turn off the breathing on the keyboard?

Hello,you can decrease the light brightness by FN + PgDn until the backlight is turned off. To restore the backlight, you can press FN + PgUp.
