Silverline 331865 Ground Anchor 65 mm

Fitted this to a concrete base and inserted the ball bearings. No issue and will see what longevity is like as it is 50 feet from the sea. The plugs and bolts were of good quality and I had no issue with these compared to previous makes I have seen and used previously. The ball bearings took some hammering to get them to fix within the hex, but otherwise no issues. I drilled pilot holes and then used the 16mm drill bit. Unless you do this everyday use a pilot drill as the 16mm drill bit will wander all over the place. A huge mouth for fitting a chain. I fitted a chunky motorbike chain through this with no issues.

Very good for preventing bike theft, make from one piece steel with very large and strong anchor points/bolts. I advise mounting where hard to get to (you don't need to make a thief's life easy) one thing to note if you are installing in a garage wall this will come out the other side by the time you have drilled a suitable depth hole IF your wall is single brick. was easy to install, bearings easy to hammer in the bolt holes. whilst not impervious having bikes anchored to this and then bikes locked together with cable locks through wheels is a fantastic deterrent and will take a thief a while to get your bike free. remember if someone wants something it is impossible to stop them HOWEVER you can make the window for them to commit the crime small and the time they need longer this equals them more likely to be caught or see the risk VS reward not worth the effort and walk away. so start by getting this installed and use WITH other methods of security

This product is actually better than I thought it would be. The metal is thicker than I thought it would be as most cheap bike anchors have very thin metal. And the paint on it seems to be holding up very nicely. Only thing is the bolts you get with it are a 16mm bolt so you will need a 16mm drill but which is not really something most people would have laying around.

I had to use my own wall anchors for this as the ones provided were weak and ill fitting. Also the ball bearings don't compress into the hex socket, they're too small.

Ben fatto, spazioso per grosse catene. Anche i perni hanno funzionato bene e per l'uso che ne dovevo fare io erano fin troppo esagerati. Unica segnalazione l'assenza delle palline che bloccano i perni. A me non servivano, ma se fossero stati necessari, li avrei dovuti chiedere

Cela m'a l'air très solide. vous avez la place d'y glisser un gros cadenas. satisfait de mon achat pour un prix très intéressant. Attention, par contre, ne faites pas comme moi, lisez bien 3 fois la notice et regardez un tuto avant d'enfoncer les chevilles à expansion. La notice n'est pas très didactique là dessus et si c'est la première fois que vous faites ça vous risquez de vous planter, comme moi . et une fois mal mises... du coup j'ai dû racheter un 2ème point d'acrange que j'ai fixé à côté... Pour les billes anti vol, idem, ne faites pas comme moi qui en ai fait tomber une en essayant de taper verticalement (point sur un mur) : collez les sur un scotch que vous collez sur la vis, puis tapez. voilà pour mon retour d'expérience

Benutze den Anker zum Anschließen eines Ebikes in der Garage mit einem Panzerschloss. Einfache und gute Lösung. Einzig die Kugeln für die Sperrung der Schrauben waren zu klein. Purzeln raus... Muss man sich was einfallen lassen.
