I recently decided to play my own doctor--my amateurish research gave me many reasons to diagnose myself with sleep apnea.The first night I used this mouthpiece, I immediately started contemplating writing a negative review. This thing felt so bulky and uncomfortable, my lips were getting dry and I couldn't lick them, and I couldn't breathe through my mouth.I thought I'd never get used to this because, like any insomniac, I have a tendency to be easily annoyed by any stimulus.But, I must say that a couple of weeks later, I have gotten used to it; the benefits truly outweigh the cons. There is a noticeable difference in the times I wake up at night the nights I wear it.
