Can you play this with others via XBOX Live?

Yes, but only others on the xbox one version. the 360 version is not currently compatible in multiplayer.

Can I play with my nephew on xbox live if he is using Minecraft on his xbox 360?

No. This is unless you are playing on Xbox 360 edition. Minecraft Xbox 360 will play on Xbox one so just buy Xbox 360 edition

A few years ago, Microsoft recalled all digital copies on minecraft xbox one edition. To prevent this from happening, you can buy a physical copy which no one can take away.

Are the worlds bigger than those of the xbox 360 version? I always hated running out of room to build and explore.

The worlds are 36 times the size. Also, if you already own the 360 version, you can buy the Xbox One version from Microsoft for $4.99
