Tips: stay out of the wind [edit] wait for a nice still day or evening... Don't fly it over asphault or near structures when first learning, try to stick to grassy areas if possible. UPDATE: After many flights the winds took this away into the woods and it went missing. Probably should only be flown in low winds. Hand launched it, it flew a few yards and then started to drop. There's no elevator control so it's supposed to have a slight tendency to climb so that when you need to ascend you apply power and when you want to descend you throttle back. This plane, however, doesn't have the power it needs to climb. The instructions advise bending the fuselage a bit to put the v tail into the wind/prop wash if you are having this problem. Tried this multiple times with increasing amounts of bend trying not to get to the point where it just noses up and stalls out. Nothing helped. It's just too underpowered to climb.
