Review: Came fast and smells strongly - I’m having some issues with rodents climbing into my engine bay and chewing wires. They only got one wire for far but I’m going to have to replace it now. They chewed through a fuel injector wire, causing a misfire. I purchased this and sprinkled the granules liberally around the front bumper, front tires and around the sides. I noticed that has a very powerful order. I also sprinkled it on the tires and around the back. I focused mostly on the front end since that’s where they are going. I have no idea if this will work but I hope it does because it’s got a very strong smell. I also purchased 3 bars of Irish Spring soap and tossed them under the front axel so maybe a combination of the two will make them pick another vehicle. I put some dryer sheets in the engine compartment as well. Hopefully the 3 products will prevent further vehicle by squirrels.
Review: Great Both On- and Off-Label - I live in a city. One that is ignominiously known for its rat problems. Now, if your a rat, dog feces is pretty much your fillet mignon. People are pretty lazy and and will let their dogs crap in the alleyway right where the trash bins are. Going out the back gate being a bummer aside, it is begging for both rats and city fines ranging from $50-$500 per citation. If I called the city they'd happily come out and lay down rat poison, which can kill--in a most horrible manor--any animal that comes in contact with the stuff. The only non-harmful thing that has worked has been Tomcat Rodent Repellent. Dogs steer clear of the area and no rats. No feces or rats, no one bleeds out horribly compliments of rat poison. It's really a win all around.

**Q: Will repellant chase rats out of the house?**
A: I don't know about rats (thank God!), but it does nothing to even repel mice!  I've been using it regularly since I received it in March 2022 and I have just as many mice now as before I started using it!  Just plain doesn't work and I wish I could get my money back!  I swear by Tom Cat's mice glue boards, but not their spray or peppermint granuales.  Don't waste your money!

**Q: Any tips. i have a rat in my car dashboard. has chewed through ac tube. still can hear scratching. will this motivate him to leave and stay away?**
A: Probably not, but you can entice it out with something tastier. You need a rat trap or two. Bait with peanut butter and put one on the car floor board and one under the car near the engine area. There are trap boxes, but those are not always successful. Get yourself a cheap long-handled grabber , leather work gloves and a sturdy bag for disposal.

**Q: Will dogs avoid the sprayed area?**
A: This was a concern for me, as well, as I have dogs....I don't know about all dogs...I can only answer for mine....I sprayed my baseboards throughout my home & my dogs haven't gone near them....I hope this is helpful.

I think this is more for mice vs rats. Rats are so much more bolder and can put up with a lot more than mice. Mice tend to be skittish and non confrontational. They are also more sensitive to things. I have woods in my backyard so I get A LOT of mice. I usually catch and release in another part of the woods. I put this stuff around the perimeter of my house pretty thick AS THE DIRECTIONS STATE and have not caught a single one. I did make sure to catch the ones that were already here as well. The person that put this in their house and says it doesn't work didn't read the directions and obviously knows nothing about how to get rid of them. You have to catch the ones you have a well. This will help deter more from coming in but it doesn't say it will chase them out of your house.
