Unable to remove sim easily
Bad design. its utterly important to be able to remove the SIM as and when.Why do manufacturers miss the whole point of good design and functionality?

The catch is poorly made
The catch for attaching to collar is poorly made as my cat came back with only broken part of catch on collar and no GPS. Tried to locate it on google map but to no avail, have been looking for it for 2 weeks now, I have given up hope of finding it. It would have been a good product if it was a metal catch and not made of plastic. So I have given the product 1 star. The only good part was the price.

extremely difficult to use and set up, all the instructions are confusing and mostly written in chinese. Your dog will be long gone before you can set this up!DO NOT BUY IT!
