Great Switch Poor Installation Instructions
Excellent switch, nice LED light. As some have noted wiring instructions leave a lot to be desired. I wired the switch so the LED only lights when the button is pushed. Here’s how: Green wire from switch to power supply, Blue wire from switch to device you are powering. If device(electric fuel pump used for priming in my case) is grounded switch will now power on device with no further wiring needed. The LED has it’s own circuit which is separate from the device circuit. To wire LED to light when button is pushed bundle the red wire from the switch with the blue wire that connects to device in the same butt connector(or whatever connector you’re using). Black wire from switch must then be grounded to frame of vehicle. I cut the yellow wire and taped the end to prevent unwanted contact. This simple description would have saved me half an hour and a blown fuse trying various wiring combinations .

Great switch once you figure it out!
Other reviewers are 100% correct, the instructions are pretty bad. But once you get it figured out, you will be very happy with this momentary switch. It has a great positive feel to it and the body is nicely machined aluminum. The lead off of the back is nice and I like that you can disconnect the wiring from the switch. This particular switch was perfect for my application because I wanted to avoid any accidental use of the switch. Here is the use case that I was working with. I needed a momentary switch to key the microphone for a communication radio. The leads from the radio head were two wires that when connected, keyed the mic. One wire, the black wire, had 5v of power. The other, a gray wire, had no power (of course...simple switch...connect the two wires together and it completes the circuit). To be completely clear, I wanted the LED to be lit all the time and I wanted the push of the switch button to compete the circuit, not interrupt an already powered circuit. Here is the wiring scheme that I used for powering the LED light (this is completely separate from the switch circuit):-Red wire on switch to a 12v keyed power supply.-Black wire to chassis ground. The wiring scheme for switching:-Blue wire on the switch to the black wire from the radio head with 5v of power.-Green wire on switch to gray wire to radio head which completes the circuit.*The yellow wire is not used for this configuration!I hope this helps you out!

Check the wiring!
After installing the switch I kept blowing fuses, after banging my head against the wall and a trip to Napa for more specialty fuses. I decided to check the pin outs on the switch connector… sure enough they were not correct to the wiring diagram provided and thus my short…. Relocated the correct wires to the correct slots and I was good to go. Feel like they owe me some money for gas and fuses though!

Looks great! Works great! No issues at all
Works great. Just what I needed for a bypass switch in my vehicle. LED is just bright enough but not overpowering. No issues at all.

Great momentary switch
I bought and installed these momentary switches for a project I was working on and they turned out great. They came with the wiring pig tail and I wired them so when the main nitrous switch power is on, all the nitrous related momentary switches are lit up and ready to use, I used a blue for the test button and a white for the purge. the fact that they are flush mount is way better than push button switches that are raised up 3/8" - 1/2". I also when back and ordered more for future use.

Easy to wire and install
I used these switches to power auxiliary lights on my SUV and they were perfect. They are surface mounted and inconspicuous when off. I also love the LED when on as an indicator/reminder that I have these lights running.

Did not work only the LED light did
I have installed these in the past before so it’s not a user error. The problem is the button did not function if I pressed it the button would sometimes work but most of the time did not work I used it for a horn button on a car I ended up using a button I bought from Home Depot. The only thing that worked was the led portion

Warranty
Initially liked the product. Worked well for about 12 uses then began sticking. I have to tap with a screw driver to turn off the horn. Getting in contact for warranty proved worthless. Amazon took care of me.

This is a momentary switch which means it only works if you hold the button down
Don’t make the same mistake I did and read the description. Only works if you hold the button down if you want to return they charge you half the price of it to return it. Guess I have an extra switch laying around.
