Great product! Please take measurements before ordering
My thighs are 22 inches and my calves are 14 inches. I was right on the borderline between medium and large. After a lot of work, I was able to get the large on. They were perfect. It takes some patience, but once they get on, you can leave them on until your next shower. The great thing about them is you can go to the bathroom without having to take them on and off like you would with a full compression undergarment. I am 5 foot six and weigh 155 pounds. My legs feel so much better with these on. I had vein ablation done, and my legs felt very bruised and jiggly afterwards. Now that Iโm wearing these, my legs feel great and pain-free. My legs feel firm and stay in place. I highly recommend these. Please measure your thigh and calf before purchasing. If youโre on the borderline, you need to go up to the next size or they will not fit.

Size down if you need the full 20-30mmhg compression, they fit big.
Fabric is a bit rough and size chart is off...I measured and fit size large, though on the lower end of the range. I put them on overtop of a full waist-to-ankle pair of compression leggings that I needed a little more compression from the knee to ankle and can still fit my arm inside the sleeve when on. They're just too big to provide the 20-30mmhg support needed. If these stretch out at all, as other reviews have stated, I might get both legs into one sleeve ๐คฃ I also wish they came further up the thigh, but thats more a preference than a problem with the product. I'll have to swap these for a smaller size, so keep that in mind when ordering, if you actually need the full level of compression they claim consider going down a size from the size chart. Still giving 4 stars because I think if in the right size, these will work well for my needs. Quality seems good, and the band at the top seems comfortable enough. I'm 5'6", thigh 22", calf 15.5", ankle 9". I bought a size large but will need to go down to a medium for the proper level of compression and prevent them from sliding down.

Excellent
My insurance recently bought me a pair of $140 compression stockings, and they were absolute junk - ripped the first time I put them on and improperly fitted, so extremely painful. So I was hesitant when I needed a new set for a vein procedure, but I found these sleeves and decided to give them a try. These sleeves are INSANELY comfortable and very high quality. A few days into wearing them, and it is more comfortable to have them on than to have them off as I heal from my procedure. My 90-pound dog jumped up on my leg, and I was afraid her rough paws would tear through them, but you can't even tell where she got them. These are durable, comfortable, and fashionable (at least, as far as these things go). And I absolutely love that they don't have feet in them. (Funny story: when I brought this sleeve to my vein procedure, the nurse said, "I bet you're a runner." I asked her how she knew. She said, "Runners always show up with compression sleeves." I'm still laughing about that, but she's right - I'm a runner.) I was a little unsure of what size to order, so I ordered the larger of the two sizes I was considering, and I'm glad I did. It's a little on the tall side for a petite person like me, but still comfortable.

Ignore size chart and size WAY up
I had an extended thigh lift and needed something for after surgery. I had to send this item back three times before finding a size that would fit me. I ended up getting the 7x. My thighs are 27 in, my calves 23in. But anything smaller than the 7x was way too tight. And I do find the band that holds it on your leg to be way too tight even now and I cut it to make room. They are hard to get on, but once they are on they stay in place and they feel good. Definitely size up.

Compression legging.
I was impressed with the quality. The fit was perfect and they gave excellent support, definitely a wise decision to buy. I was happy with my purchase.

these don't stay up
I don't usually bother with writing a review good or bad, but lately with all the stuff I've been ordering, I've noticed a marked decline in quality and what was promised from the vendor and what I actually received, and now I'm fed up with throwing money out in the trash which is where these things are going. Case in point, these compression sleeves. They looked good, just what the doctor said I needed to get. I followed the instructions from the manufacture to measure for size and ordered accordingly. They arrived late even though it was a prime order(that's been happening quite often also) and I put them on, they felt snug supportive which was great..... for a short while. Long story short, these do not stay up where they are supposed to be above my knee mid thigh. Walk around for thirty minutes and they slide back down to where the knee bends tried rolling it down one fold and that still didn't work. These are worthless, don't bother find something else. I don't know about you, but I 'm tired of losing money on stuff I by from amazon. A little here and a little there it adds up, especially now.

what can I say...getting older is tough.
I never needed these until I turned 39. Anyway, I started getting terrible sore leg muscles after standing or sitting all day. Doc said I needed some compression stocking, and gave me a catalog to choose from, I said you gotta be kidding, I am not wearing no panty hose. So I paid my doctor bill and came home, jumped on the interwebs and found these. Something I could put on or off without fully undressing. Got them and tried them. I do not have to wear them all the time, but when I do they are a life saver. Make my legs feel so much better. Truly a game changer. I wore them at work where I have to climb stairs and walk a lot, and only had to adjust them once in a 10 hour day...so this will be bought again assuming I wear out my first pair. They wash up easy too. I use luke warm water and a little bit of detergent in a sink. Soak in mixture for about 20 minutes(length of shower and such) then rinse and hang up. Dry by next morning. Easy peasy.

Sizing too small
I used the measurements listed on the website and when I received them they were obviously too small. I know that because I bought a pair of a different brand and when I put them up against these they were significantly smaller. I was already wearing one of the different brand, which was perfect. Sent them back for refund. If you want to buy these then measure and go a couple of sizes up on what they recommend otherwise you probably won't be able to get them on.
