An anthology of satirical essays by Ahmad Shah Patras Bukhari, educationist, broadcaster, diplomat and writer.His collection of essays, Patras Kay Mazameen published in 1927 is said to be an asset in Urdu humor writings. It is undoubtedly one of the finest works in Urdu humor and despite the fact that it was written in first half of twentieth century, it seems to be truly applicable even today. He lived in times of personalities like Allama Iqbal and had interacted with him on several occasions and engaged him in philosophical debates. One of his debates with Iqbal led to creation of one of his poems in his book Zarb-e-Kaleem. This is a print on demand book, rather than one produced by a genuine publisher. The really disappointing thing though, is that it is printed the wrong way round. It's printed as an English language book, with the opening on the left side, but should be published with the opening on the right. As a result, you have to read the book backwards... Pretty...pretty bad.

An Urdu collection of humorous short stories
The stories are very funny and all have a good message hidden in the stories

The book is printed in English format left to right. However as an urdu book should be printed in Right to Left. Apart from that it’s ok.

Urdu script is written from right to left. This book was incorrectly printed from left to right as in English. Had to return the book straightaway.

Great book, must read
The book is really amazing, but printed from wrong side and feels unnatural reading from left cover of the book to the right cover. Font could be a bit better.

Subject matter
Interesting book to read. Surprisingly, Urdu language written and printed in English format. It’s OK though.

I was so excited to have it found an Urdu book on Amazon and it was so disappointing I have no words.

What I got was totally different from what I was expecting! First of all a couple of dollars book has been sold to me in extremely inflated price! A very thin book , paper back quality! My advice for all don't get lured by it!
