Zinc (ingested) is a very important mineral in addition to this revly l-lysine, vitamin c, product to combat herpes. why is it not included?

What is this used for

I use it to prevent cold sore esp when stressed for which I used to take the prescription Acyclovir. It has worked for me so far. Been taking it for at least over a year now and have not had a break out esp when the weather change or it is so cold in the winter it’s when I tend to get a cold sore.

It's a coated, rounded, rectangular caplet, not small, but it's fairly easy to swallow. It's not like the white oval capliets that begin disintegrating, thankfully.
